Experience a rejuvenating session which includes about 20 minutes of Foam Rolling, 20 minutes of Gentle Yoga and 20 minutes of Restorative Yoga.
You will leave with a grounded mindset to conquer the day.
Hatha yoga places special emphasis on our breath, posture and balance. Building core strength, which is key to healthy posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga. Hatha has hundreds of poses, including well-known ones such as Downward-Facing Dog and Standing Forward Bend.
We will craft an age-appropriate experience that teaches young minds how to decompress in a busy world. Presented in a child’s language, this style of yoga targets young bodies and yoga practitioners of all skill levels, enabling families to connect through meditation, breathing, and introductory poses.
Children are often exposed to the natural, hectic nature of their everyday lives, and yoga can teach them how to destress, find balance, and connect with their inner self at an early age. Fostering compassion and cooperation, this form teaches parents and children alike how to find calmness together.
You pick the day, you pick the time, and who will be joining your group! Choose your own practice, or mix & match up to 2 different styles per 60 minute session.
As a Licensed Educational Kinesliogist, the focus is to help the individual notice shifts within themself to move from anxious to relaxed, insecure to confident, frustrated to empowered. We discuss what is going on in their life and what areas can be improved. We create a realistic goal that will benefit the client then participate in a pre-activity such swinging a bat. We then do various Brain Gym exercises such as Cross Crawls and Thinking Cap (reflexology ear massage), then do the post-activity again. For example, swinging the bat again and noticing the difference from the beginning to the end of the session. The shift is beautiful to see and for the client to notice within. These activities are then seen in all aspects of everyday activities. Moving with more ease and confidence.
